Edwards Kemble
History
The Edwards Kemble reserve is 40.47 acres and was donated to EBC in 2010.
Significant Features
The northern portion of the property contains the location of the former farmstead and an existing barn with old fields bordered by willow and white spruce. Some fields have been planted in white pine and white oak. The remainder of the property is relatively mature maple-dominated hardwood forest with American Beech, black cherry and ironwood plus an excellent representation of Hart’s Tongue Fern
