History
This property was sold to EBC in 2004 by a former principal in Manitoulin.
Significant Features
This property falls within the Manitoulin Island North Shore Natural Area. It is considered an important part of Evansville alvar, a globally rare feature. This reserve is also identified as an Important Bird Area by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The Black Tern, a bird species considered of Special Concern by COSSARO has been observed in the area of this reserve.
Location
